MARYLAND RESIDENTS: Participants must take this course prior to purchasing a handgun. Beginner to Advanced level course for MEN and women.
Four hour Maryland Handgun Qualificaton License Course extensively covers handgun safety, shooting fundamentals, handgun selection, ammunition, holsters and purses, malfunctions, escalation of force and relevant Maryland
laws. This course meets the training requirements to submit application for MD HQL Permit for firearm purchase, including required Live-Fire Portion.
Live Fire portion of course will be scheduled at On Target Range, Severn Square Shopping Center, 2618 Annapolis Rd, Severn, MD.
